KENNY WAS A MUCH LOVED AND RESPECTED MEMBER OF THE COVE RANGERS BACKROOM STAFF, SAYS CHAIRMAN KEITH
COVE Rangers chairman Keith Moorhouse has led the tributes to our former kit manager Kenny Leslie, who has passed away, aged 78.
Kenny, who previously worked with Aberdeen Junior side East End, was the kit manager for close to two decades when Cove Rangers were based at our former home, Allan Park.
Keith said: “Kenny was a much loved and highly respected member of our back room staff.
“He was always immaculately turned out and took immense pride in ensuring the teams playing for Cove Rangers were also well presented.
“Every manager, player and member of our staff who had the good fortune to know Kenny admired his professionalism and recognised how dedicated he was to our club.
“Our thoughts are obviously with his family and friends at this time but I can tell them that Kenny will always be remembered with fondness by everyone at Cove Rangers.”
Kenny is survived by his wife, Pat, and two sons, Gary and Keith.
His funeral will take place on Friday 11th October at the Aberdeen Crematorium Hazlehead (West Chapel) at 9.30am
All friends are respectfully invited to attend.
